About
We build for the half of selling nobody automates well
Quickpage started in car sales, where a good rep who follows up beats a great rep who does not. It turned out that is true of every business where a customer has to choose between three companies who all look the same on paper.
Where this came from
It started on a lot
Quickpage began with a simple observation in automotive retail: the salespeople who were best in person were losing to people who were merely faster by email. Their actual advantage (being likeable, credible, and present) never survived the trip into an inbox.
The first version was a way to put a rep's face and a vehicle walk-around onto one page a customer could open on their phone. It worked, and then it kept working somewhere we did not expect: home improvement, where a homeowner is about to let a stranger into their house to sell them something expensive.
Today Quickpage runs in dealerships, roofing and window companies, brokerages, and plenty of sales teams that do not fit a category. The shape of the problem is always the same: the customer met three companies and cannot tell them apart.
What we believe
The opinions behind the product
These are not values on a wall. Each one has cost us a feature we would otherwise have shipped.
01
The follow-up is the product
Most sales teams treat follow-up as admin that happens after the real selling. For the customer it is the opposite: it is most of what they experience of your company. We build for that half.
02
A tool nobody uses is worth nothing
We would rather ship a narrower product a whole sales floor adopts than a broad one that three enthusiasts love. Every feature gets weighed against whether a rep who dislikes technology will still use it in week three.
03
Raw beats polished
Customers do not want production value from a salesperson. They want a real person who sounds like they know the answer. We design against over-production on purpose.
04
Say the true thing
Our comparison pages name where competitors win. Our integration pages say when a connector is one-directional. Overselling costs more in churn than it ever wins in signups.
