Four steps between a lead and a decision

Quickpage is not a video host with a share button. It is the follow-up loop: record the message, build the page, send it where they answer, and act on what they actually did.

  1. Step 1 · Record

Get a real message out of a busy rep

The hardest part of video follow-up is not the software: it is a rep who does not want to be on camera. Quickpage removes the excuses: record from a phone in a driveway, a webcam at a desk, or a screen share in a tab. Virtual backgrounds tidy up the setting, a teleprompter handles the words, and captions cover the customer watching on mute.

    • Webcam, screen, screen-plus-camera, or the mobile app
    • Background blur and replacement, with your own uploads
    • Teleprompter with saved scripts the team can share
    • Automatic captions on every video

  2. Step 2 · Build

One page instead of four attachments

A Quickpage is a single branded link holding the video, the photos, the PDF, the pricing sheet, and a live chat. Your customer opens it on their phone with nothing to install and no account to create, which is the single biggest reason these actually get watched.

    • Video, images, documents, YouTube, Canva, and live web content on one page
    • Password protection, expiry dates, and download controls
    • Call-to-action buttons, forms, and a sticky bar for the next step
    • Your domain, your logo, your colors

  3. Step 3 · Send

Reach them on the channel they answer

Email goes out from your own verified domain, carrying a moving preview of the page rather than a still frame. Texting and calling run on a number we provide and configure, with a greeting, voicemail and a missed call texted back automatically. Consent is recorded and opt-outs are honored without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet, and teams already on another phone system can connect it instead.

    • Gmail or your own SMTP server for email, from your verified domain
    • A number we provide for texting and calling, or connect one of 17 providers
    • Per-rep and per-team numbers so replies reach the right person
    • Scheduled and drip sending with timezone and business-hours control

    Explore send

  4. Step 4 · Follow up

Call the person who watched it twice

The moment your customer opens the page you get a notification. Then you get the detail: how long they stayed, which video held them, what they clicked, whether they came back. Follow-up stops being a guess and becomes a ranked list.

    • Push, desktop, and email notification the moment a page opens
    • Watch time per video, click labels, and return visits per contact
    • A hot-leads leaderboard ranking who is engaging right now
    • Team dashboards, CSV export, and scheduled reports to leadership

Questions

What people ask about the product

Does my customer need an app to watch my video?

No. Your customer opens the page in whatever browser is already on their phone, tablet, or computer. There is nothing to download and no account to create, which is the main reason these pages actually get watched.

Can I put more than one video on a page?

Yes. A page can hold multiple videos plus images, audio, PDFs and documents, YouTube and Wistia embeds, Canva designs, and live web content, all on one link, in the order you choose.

How is this different from emailing a YouTube link?

A YouTube link sends your customer to a page full of competitors and distractions. A Quickpage is a page built for that one customer, with your branding, your other materials, a chat window, and analytics telling you exactly what they watched.

How long does it take to build a page?

A page can be built and sent in about a minute. Most people spend around five. Templates and duplication bring it down further once your team settles on what works.

How will I know when someone watches?

You get a push notification on your phone, an alert on desktop, and an email the moment the page is opened. You can also see who is on the page right now and start a chat with them while they are still reading.

Can I send one page to more than one person?

Yes. Quickpage is at its best one-to-one, but the same page can go to one person or to a list of thousands. Each recipient is blind-copied and can talk to you privately on that page, and Advance Schedule can pace the send across the days and hours you choose rather than sending everything at once.
