Migrations
We will move you across, free
The reason teams stay on a tool they have outgrown is the cost of moving. So we took that off the table: tell us what you are on today and a Quickpage specialist does the work.
How it works
Tell us what you are using today and roughly how many contacts you have
A specialist reviews your setup and sends you a migration plan with a date
We move contacts and lists, rebuild your core templates, and connect your CRM
We verify your sending domain and connect your mailbox and messaging provider
We walk your team through the result before you switch over
Start your migration
No commitment: we will scope it and tell you what is involved.
What we handle
The parts that usually stop people
Moving tools is rarely about the videos. It is the setup around them.
Contacts and lists
Exported from your current tool and imported cleanly, with duplicates caught rather than carried over.
Templates
Your best-performing pages rebuilt in Quickpage, so the team starts from something familiar.
Canned messages
The email and text copy your reps already rely on.
Sending domain
DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records checked and verified so your mail authenticates properly.
CRM connection
Your CRM connected and tested, with record lookup working from the share window.
Team setup
Users invited, roles assigned, teams created, and sending numbers mapped.
Switching from
Wherever you are coming from
These are the tools we move teams off most often, but the offer is not limited to them.

Questions
What people ask before switching
What does the migration actually cover?
Your contacts and lists, your core page templates rebuilt in Quickpage, your canned messages, and your sending setup: domain verification, connected mailbox, and messaging provider. We also connect your CRM if you have one.
What does it cost?
Nothing. It is included whichever plan you land on.
How long does it take?
Most accounts are live within a few days. The long pole is usually DNS records for your sending domain, which sit with whoever manages your DNS.
Do my existing video links keep working?
Links hosted by your current tool stay with that tool: we cannot redirect them. Keep that account alive for a short overlap while old links age out, and send anything new from Quickpage.
Can we run both tools for a while?
Yes, and most teams do. Move one team across first, compare the numbers for a few weeks, then move the rest.
