Stalled deals
The cheapest leads you have are the ones you already bought
Opportunities nobody contacted, quotes that went quiet, a database from two years ago. A page with a face on it reopens more of them than another email chasing a reply.
The problem
Following up at scale usually means giving up on the personal bit
By hand it never happens, because nobody has the hours. By broadcast it does not work, because it reads as a broadcast. So the list sits there, already paid for, quietly ageing.
What it costs you
- A CRM full of leads that were paid for and never worked
- Quotes that went quiet with nobody sure why
- Re-engagement that means another "just checking in" email
- A database too big to work by hand and too valuable to ignore
How it runs
Stalled deals in practice
Let the CRM find them
The list builds itself out of what has actually gone quiet: an opportunity nobody has contacted, or one that is past due. Not somebody’s memory.
Give each one their own page
Built from a template, addressed to them, with the video and whatever they were last looking at. Not a newsletter with their first name at the top.
Drip it, do not blast it
Advance Schedule sends one contact at a time, on chosen weekdays, inside a window you set, which protects the sending domain you spent time verifying.
Only chase the ones who moved
You see who opened, who watched, and who came back. That is a short list of warm names instead of a long list of maybes.
What does the work
The parts of the product this uses
Every one of these is a feature with its own page, so you can check what it actually does rather than take this page's word for it.

Questions
Common questions
Will sending to an old list hurt our deliverability?
It can, which is why this is paced rather than blasted. Sends go one at a time at an interval you choose, inside the hours you choose, and email goes from your own verified domain. Consent state is recorded per contact for texting, and opt-outs are honored.
How old is too old?
That is a judgement about your market rather than a technical limit, and it is worth checking what you told people when you collected the address. Quickpage will not decide it for you, but it will tell you which of them opened it.
Can it find stalled deals on its own?
Workflows can trigger on an opportunity that has not been contacted or is past due, so the re-engagement starts from the CRM rather than from someone remembering to export a list.
