They are four hours away, deciding between three floorplans

An RV is a six-figure decision, usually made from a gallery of a unit the buyer has never stood inside. Ten minutes of walkthrough on their phone does what twenty photographs cannot.

The problem

RV buyers decide slowly, from a distance, on something photographs cannot convey

A buyer finds your unit online from three hours away and is comparing floorplans that look identical in a gallery. They ask about storage, sleeping capacity, and whether the slide clears the dinette. They get more photographs back. Then they go quiet for six weeks.

What it costs you

  • The buyer is often out of state and will not drive four hours on a maybe
  • Floorplans read the same in photos and completely different in person
  • The decision runs for weeks or a whole season; the follow-up stops long before that
  • Every unit is one of one, so a generic model page answers none of it

How it is used

What RV sales teams send

Specific, not theoretical. These are the sends that get used most.

  • 01

Walk the actual unit, not the brochure

Film the coach that is on your lot: the slide out, the storage bays open, the bunk clearance, the wet bath. It answers the questions a gallery cannot, about that specific unit rather than the model.

  • 02

    Settle the floorplan question

Two floorplans that look the same in photos go on one page, walked end to end, so the buyer sees the aisle width and the bed they will actually sleep in before they commit to the drive.

  • 03

    Keep a season-long decision warm

A workflow sends the next touch weeks out whether or not anybody remembers: a unit that matches what they wanted, a price change, the show you will be standing at.

  • 04

Hand the buyer to the salesperson they already know

Pages come from a named person with their own number, so a buyer who has been talking to one salesperson for two months is not handed to whoever picked up.

  • 05

    See who is still shopping

Watch time per video, per buyer. Somebody who rewatches the storage bay section a week later is telling you which unit they are down to, and what is still bothering them.

Questions

RV sales questions

Do you connect to our DMS?

Not directly. Quickpage has no built-in connector for the RV dealer management systems, and it is better to say so than to imply otherwise. What it does have is a documented REST API, webhooks both ways, and Zapier, plus direct connectors for HubSpot and Salesforce if your CRM is one of those. Most dealers start by sending from Quickpage and posting the activity back.

How is this different from texting the buyer some photos?

A photo shows the unit. A walkthrough shows the person selling it, and it answers the question the buyer has not asked yet. It also tells you what happened next: you can see that they watched nine of ten minutes and came back on Sunday, which a text thread cannot.

Does the buyer need an app?

No. They get a link by text or email and it opens in whatever browser is on their phone. There is nothing to install and no account to create, which matters for a buyer demographic that skews older than a car shopper.

Can each salesperson have their own number?

On Team, yes: numbers are provided per rep or shared across the store, so replies reach the person the buyer has been dealing with. On Essential you connect a phone system you already have.

We take trades and consignment. Does that change anything?

Only in that both are easier to explain on video. An appraisal walked through on camera lands better than a number read down the phone, and a consignment owner can be sent the same page you are showing buyers.
