Customer success
Not every update needs half an hour of everyone’s day
Record it once, send it as a page, and find out what they watched. The accounts that engage tell you where to spend the meetings you do book.
The problem
You hear from an account when it is already going wrong
Between reviews there is a thread nobody reads and a calendar invite nobody wants. The quiet accounts look exactly like the healthy ones, right up until they leave.
What it costs you
- A quiet account looks exactly like a healthy one
- Reviews that need a meeting before anyone learns anything
- A thread nobody reads between those meetings
- The first real signal arriving as a notice period
How it runs
Customer success in practice
Send the update as a page
A walkthrough of what changed, the numbers that matter, and the documents, on a page they can open in three minutes instead of a meeting they have to attend.
Find out what they cared about
Watch time per video and clicks per link, by contact. An account that skipped to the pricing section is telling you something a meeting would not have.
Let them ask without scheduling
Live chat on the page, with an AI assistant that can answer from what you have given it, so a question at the wrong hour still gets a reply.
Be findable months later
When they need you in six months they are not searching an inbox. Your digital card sits at a short link, with your video, your number, and a way to reply.
Keep the cadence without the admin
A workflow can schedule the next touch, wait until a working hour, and send it, so the quarterly check-in happens whether or not anyone remembered.
What does the work
The parts of the product this uses
Every one of these is a feature with its own page, so you can check what it actually does rather than take this page's word for it.

Questions
Common questions
Is this a replacement for QBRs?
For some of them. A page is a better use of everyone’s time than a meeting where one person talks through slides, and it leaves you knowing what was actually watched. Keep the meeting for the conversations that need one.
Can we tell which accounts are going quiet?
Engagement is recorded per contact, so an account that has stopped opening anything is visible rather than inferred. What you do with that is a judgement call, but you get to make it early.
Does the AI assistant answer for us?
It answers from what you give it, on the page, when nobody is available. Anything it cannot handle is still a conversation you pick up, and you see the whole thread.
