Marketing campaigns

A campaign that arrives as a person, not a send

Build the page once, trigger it from a list, and let it go out one contact at a time. You find out who watched what, not what percentage opened.

The problem

An open rate is not a buying signal

A broadcast tells you that 24% opened something. It does not tell you that one person watched the whole video twice and came back the next day, which is the only fact worth acting on.

What it costs you

  • An open rate that cannot tell you who to call
  • A send that looks like a send, so fewer of them get opened
  • Everything going out at once, which is what trips a spam filter
  • Interest that decays while the list waits for someone to work it

How it runs

Marketing campaigns in practice

  1. Build the page once

A template holds the video, the images, the documents and the buttons. Every contact on the list gets their own copy of it, under their own link.

  2. Trigger it from whatever starts the campaign

A contact joining a list, a record changing in your CRM, an inbound webhook, or an event in Quickpage itself. It builds their page, holds it until business hours, and sends by email or text.

  3. Pace the send

Two thousand contacts go out over days rather than in one blast that trips a spam filter. Advance Schedule paces them, on the weekdays and hours you choose.

  4. Watch who is actually interested

Your reps get a list ranked by behavior rather than by spreadsheet order: who opened, how much of each video they watched, what they clicked, whether they came back.

  5. Answer them on the page

Live chat sits on every page, with an AI assistant that can answer while nobody is at a desk. A question asked at nine in the evening does not wait until morning.

Questions

Common questions

Is this bulk sending?

It reaches a whole list, but it does not send to the list at once. Advance Schedule sends one contact at a time, within the days and hours you set, at an interval you choose, which is both better for deliverability and the reason each page can be that contact’s own.

Can we use our own domain and number?

Email goes out from your verified sending domain. Texting and calling run on numbers Quickpage provides and sets up for team accounts, or you can connect a phone system you already use.

How is consent handled for texts?

Per contact, with the source and timestamp recorded. You choose whether a contact must reply to a four-digit code, is confirmed manually by your team, or is treated as already opted in. Opt-out language is appended and opt-outs are honored.
