Comparison
Quickpage vs. Covideo
Two tools aimed at the same problem from different directions. Here is the honest version of the difference.
What Covideo is built for
Covideo is an established video messaging platform with a strong presence in automotive, offering recording, sending, and tracking with a well-developed dealership story.
What Quickpage is built for
One salesperson following up with one customer, thoroughly: a branded page holding everything that customer needs, delivered on the channel they answer, with enough detail on what they did afterwards to know who to call next.
The real difference
The page is the product, and the chat is not an add-on
Quickpage treats the customer-facing page as the unit of work rather than the video. Everything you would otherwise attach lives on that page, live chat is included on every plan rather than priced separately, and the page stays editable after it is sent, so a customer who asks for one more thing gets it on the same link.
Where Quickpage is stronger
What you get by switching
These are claims about our own product, so they are specific and you can hold us to them.
01
Live chat included, not upsold
Every page carries chat on every plan. You can see a customer on the page and start a conversation while they are reading.
02
The page stays live after you send it
Add a video, swap a document, or update the pricing without sending a second link. Customers can subscribe to updates on the page.
03
One page, many kinds of content
Videos, images, documents, YouTube, Canva designs, live web content, forms, and CTAs: arranged in the order you want them seen.
04
Rollout that does not need a project plan
Most accounts connect their CRM and send their first pages the same day. The mobile app means field reps are not waiting for a desk.
05
Beyond automotive
Direct integrations for home improvement and field service platforms, LeadPerfection, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, Zuper, alongside the dealership stack.
06
Workflow automation on the Team plan
CRM-triggered workflows that build the page, assign the rep, wait for the right moment, and send.
Side by side
Quickpage and Covideo, feature by feature
The Quickpage column is what our own product does. The Covideo column is what they publish, quoted from their own page and dated, so you can check it yourself.
| Capability | Quickpage | Covideo |
|---|---|---|
| The customer gets a page | A page per customer that stays live, and can be added to after it is sent | Branded Landing Page |
| What fits on that page | Many videos plus photos, PDFs, YouTube, Canva and live web content on one page | Not listed |
| Replying on the page | Live chat on every page, with an AI assistant that can answer while you are away | Not listed |
| How it reaches them | Email, plus texting and calling on a number Quickpage provides and sets up. Or connect the phone system you already use | Texting and SMS, with a shared local number for group accounts |
| What the rep can see | Per contact: opens, watch time per video, link clicks and return visits | Engagement alerts, plus Video Hotspots showing which sections were rewatched |
| Sending to a whole list | Advance Schedule: one contact at a time, on the weekdays and time window you pick, at an interval you set | Not listed |
| Automation | Triggered when a contact joins a list: builds the page, waits for business hours, sends email or text | Not listed |
| Direct integrations | 52 direct integrations across CRM, DMS, field service, messaging and scheduling | Inventory integration, showing VIN details on the landing page |
| Digital business card | Digital business card at /me/your-name, with QR code, vCard and contact exchange | Not listed |
| Published starting price | $39 a month, or $33 billed annually | Not listed |
The Covideo column reflects what Covideo features listed on 27 September 2026. “Not listed” means we did not find it on that page, which is not the same as the product lacking it. Their roadmap is theirs; tell us if something here is out of date and we will correct it.
When Quickpage is the wrong tool
We would rather say this now than after you have moved your reps.
- Video is a line item in a group contract that is already signed. That is a procurement decision, and a fair one
- You want the clip and nothing built around it: no conversation on the page, no automation behind it

What moving actually involves
Does Quickpage integrate with dealership CRMs?
Yes: VinSolutions, CDK CRM (formerly Elead), DealerSocket, DealerPeak, DP360, Tekion, Activix, AutoAlert, PBS, and Momentum, with customer search from the share window and activity written back to the lead.
Can reps send from the lot?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps record, build, and send from a phone, so the walk-around goes out while the rep is standing at the vehicle.
Do you help us move off Covideo?
Yes, at no cost. A specialist moves your contacts and lists, rebuilds your core templates, verifies your sending domain, and connects your CRM. Most teams are live within a few days.
Will our existing Covideo links keep working?
Links hosted by Covideo stay with Covideo, nobody can redirect those but them. Keep that account alive for a short overlap while old links age out, and send anything new from Quickpage.
Can we run both for a while?
Yes, and we recommend it. Move one team across first, compare the numbers for a few weeks, then decide. It is a better test than any demo.
