Comparison
Quickpage vs. Loom
Loom is excellent at what it does. What it does is not sales follow-up.
What Loom is built for
Loom is a screen and camera recording tool built primarily for asynchronous communication inside a company: explaining a bug, walking through a document, replacing a meeting. It is fast, widely adopted, and very good at that job.
What Quickpage is built for
One salesperson following up with one customer, thoroughly: a branded page holding everything that customer needs, delivered on the channel they answer, with enough detail on what they did afterwards to know who to call next.
The real difference
The difference is who the recording is for
A Loom link is a video player. That is the right shape for a colleague. A customer deciding whether to spend twenty thousand dollars needs your video plus the quote, the photos, the financing, somewhere to ask a question, and your branding around all of it, and you need to know whether they watched it. That is a different product, not a better video player.
Where Quickpage is stronger
What you get by switching
These are claims about our own product, so they are specific and you can hold us to them.
01
A branded page, not a player on someone else’s domain
Your domain, your logo, your colors. A customer-facing link that looks like it came from your company.
02
Everything the customer needs on the link
The video plus documents, photos, pricing, forms, and calls to action.
03
Engagement you can act on commercially
Who watched, for how long, which video held them, what they clicked, and whether they came back: per contact.
04
Delivery built in
Send by email from your verified domain or by text from your team number, with consent handled. Not a copied link you paste somewhere.
05
Live chat with the customer
Talk to them while they are on the page.
06
CRM integration and automation
Activity written back to the customer record, and workflows that send the follow-up for you.
Side by side
Quickpage and Loom, feature by feature
The Quickpage column is what our own product does. The Loom column is what they publish, quoted from their own page and dated, so you can check it yourself.
| Capability | Quickpage | Loom |
|---|---|---|
| The customer gets a page | A page per customer that stays live, and can be added to after it is sent | Not listed |
| What fits on that page | Many videos plus photos, PDFs, YouTube, Canva and live web content on one page | Not listed |
| Replying on the page | Live chat on every page, with an AI assistant that can answer while you are away | Not listed |
| How it reaches them | Email, plus texting and calling on a number Quickpage provides and sets up. Or connect the phone system you already use | Not listed |
| What the rep can see | Per contact: opens, watch time per video, link clicks and return visits | Not listed |
| Sending to a whole list | Advance Schedule: one contact at a time, on the weekdays and time window you pick, at an interval you set | Not listed |
| Automation | Triggered when a contact joins a list: builds the page, waits for business hours, sends email or text | AI Workflows, on Business + AI |
| Direct integrations | 52 direct integrations across CRM, DMS, field service, messaging and scheduling | Salesforce, on Enterprise |
| Digital business card | Digital business card at /me/your-name, with QR code, vCard and contact exchange | Not listed |
| Published starting price | $39 a month, or $33 billed annually | Free, then $18 or $24 per user per month |
The Loom column reflects what Loom pricing listed on 27 September 2026. “Not listed” means we did not find it on that page, which is not the same as the product lacking it. Their roadmap is theirs; tell us if something here is out of date and we will correct it.
When Quickpage is the wrong tool
We would rather say this now than after you have moved your reps.
- The video is for colleagues rather than customers: explaining a bug, walking a teammate through a document, replacing a meeting
- You want a recording you can paste into a thread and forget. Quickpage exists to tell you what happened after they watched

What moving actually involves
Can we use both?
Plenty of teams do: Loom internally, Quickpage for anything a customer sees. They are not really competing for the same job.
Do you help us move off Loom?
Yes, at no cost. A specialist moves your contacts and lists, rebuilds your core templates, verifies your sending domain, and connects your CRM. Most teams are live within a few days.
Will our existing Loom links keep working?
Links hosted by Loom stay with Loom, nobody can redirect those but them. Keep that account alive for a short overlap while old links age out, and send anything new from Quickpage.
Can we run both for a while?
Yes, and we recommend it. Move one team across first, compare the numbers for a few weeks, then decide. It is a better test than any demo.
Moving from Loom costs nothing
